Sales Associate

The responsibilities of a sales associate are to offer outstanding customer service. Responsible for greeting customers and explaining store layout to customers. Be responsive and direct customers to their needs. Keep the selling floor straight and clean at all times. Starting fitting rooms for customers and offer to get different sizes and styles while they are in the fitting room. Responsibilities also include re-hanging tried on merchandise and putting it back in the correct spot on the selling floor. During the course of the year merchandise will arrive and will be needed to be unpacked and properly be prepared for the selling floor. Ticketing and sensors on the merchandise will need to be done. We are looking for motivated, outgoing, dependable, well spoken people who enjoy talking and interacting with people. Salary for this position starts at $7.15 and goes up depending on experience.

Traveling Keyholder

The responsibilities of a traveling keyholder are to have a key to multiple stores where you would open, close or both. This individual would travel to more than one location. Please review store locations to learn locations of stores. Operating the cash register during the day/checking out customers. Closing procedures follow at end of day and prepare the store for the following day of business. Keyholder is to display leadership of the store and make sure sales associates are doing their duties. Keyholders are to offer outstanding customer service. Responsible for greeting customers and explaining store layout to customers. Be responsive and direct customers to their needs. The responsibilities of a store manager are to be in charge of all aspects of the store. Making sure all employees are following policy and doing their job. Making sure all customers are being serviced properly. Merchandising of store. Paid training will be offered with this position. This individual would open, close or both. Operating the cash register during the day/checking out customers. Closing procedures follow at end of day and prepare the store for the following day of business. Store Manager is to display leadership of the store and make sure keyholders, sales associates are doing their duties. Store Managers are to offer outstanding customer service. Responsible for greeting customers and explaining store layout to customers. Be responsive and direct customers to their needs. Keep the selling floor straight and clean at all times. Starting fitting rooms for customers and offer to get different sizes and styles while they are in the fitting room.
